Chai Times opened its first counter in Kammanahalli with one belief: more than chai, it is an experience. A moment of warmth. A shared conversation. A comforting ritual.
People came for the kulhad masala chai, and stayed for the adda. Soon there was a line. Then a second outlet in HRBR. Then Hegdenagar, Bhartiya City, and Kasturi Nagar.
Five outlets later, nothing about the brew has changed. Same leaf, same slow simmer, same hand-thrown kulhad. Growth, for us, only means more people to share the warmth with.
